Cancellation Policy
All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to jaseng.education@jaseng.co.kr no later than June 30, 2026. The request must include - Name - Contact details - The reason for cancellation, along with appropriate supporting documentation
Approved refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee, refund will take approx 5-10 working days to process.
No refunds will be granted for requests received after June 30, 2026.
