If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes or institutional approval, please email your request to jaseng.education@jaseng.co.kr

Be sure to include all necessary information for each letter, such as your full name, organizational affiliation, and any country-specific requirements (e.g., birthdate, passport number, etc.).

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to jaseng.education@jaseng.co.kr no later than June 30, 2026. The request must include
 - Name
 - Contact details
 - The reason for cancellation, along with appropriate supporting documentation

Approved refunds will be issued minus a $50 administrative fee, refund will take approx 5-10 working days to process.

No refunds will be granted for requests received after June 30, 2026.
