 Abstract Submission Guidelines

We invite researchers, clinicians, and students to submit abstracts for presentation at the AJA 2026 Conference. Submissions may include original research, case reports, or clinical innovations that contribute to the field of integrative medicine and musculoskeletal health.

Submission Process

1. All abstracts must be submitted online using the official submission form provided below.

2. Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.

3. Submissions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee.

4. Accepted abstracts may be selected for oral or poster presentation.
5. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.

Presenter Responsibilities

- All accepted presenters must register for the conference by the registration deadline.
- Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified via email and provided with presentation guidelines.
- Presenters are responsible for their own travel and accommodation unless otherwise notified.

Scientific Poster Awards

Outstanding poster presentations will be recognized during the conference. Award recipients will receive an honoraria and be invited to deliver a short oral presentation, providing an opportunity to highlight their research to a broader audience.
