All tour visits must be arranged in advance.
Preferred visit dates and times should be requested via email, and the final schedule will be confirmed upon coordination with Jaseng Medical Academy.

Tours are subject to availability and hospital operations. Jaseng Medical Academy reserves the right to adjust or reschedule visits if necessary.
3. Participation & Conduct
Participants are expected to follow all hospital guidelines and maintain appropriate professional behavior during the visit. Any disruption to hospital operations or patient care is strictly prohibited.
4. Clinical Access Limitations
The tour is observational only. Direct patient interaction, clinical practice, or participation in medical procedures is not permitted in accordance with Korean medical regulations.
5. Fees & Payment
Tour fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Confirmation of the tour may be dependent on receipt of payment.
6. Cancellation & Changes
Any cancellation or request for changes should be communicated via email as early as possible. Jaseng Medical Academy reserves the right to apply cancellation policies where applicable.
