Program Overview

A workshop designed to learn the latest trends in Integrative Medicine, learn Advanced Acupuncture Techniques (MSATs) for the lumbar region, and apply them through hands-on practice.

Participants can expect to:
  1. Update medical knowledge by learning about the latest trends on Integrative Medicine approaches for musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders.
  2. Enhance clinical competency by learning Advanced Acupuncture Techniques for musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders.
  3. Apply Advanced Acupuncture Techniques in clinical settings to improve patient outcomes through hands-on practice.

Learning Objectives

  2. Understand Advanced Acupuncture Techniques (MSATs) for musculoskeletal (MSK) disorders and apply them in clinical practice.

Dr. Maryam Kim, KMD, Ph.D.

Specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine of Korean Medicine,
Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine
Dr. Kim is a Korean Medicine Rehabilitation Specialist with expertise in integrative pain management and functional recovery. Drawing on both traditional therapeutic approaches and modern clinical practices, she plays a key role in guiding participants through the hands-on components of the course. Her clinical interests include musculoskeletal rehabilitation, motion-style acupuncture, and evidence-based approaches to restoring mobility and function.


Dr. Yunus Yun, KMD

Specialist in Rehabilitation Medicine of Korean Medicine,
Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine
Dr. Yun is a licensed Korean Medicine Doctor (KMD) specialist in Korean Medicine Rehabilitation with Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Certification (RMSK) credentials. With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Yun is an expert in integrative pain management, musculoskeletal diagnostics, and advanced injection-based therapies. His approach emphasizes safety, anatomical precision, and real-world application of Acupuncture Injection Therapy.


Dr. Jinyong Choi, KMD

Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine
Dr. Choi is currently serving as a resident doctor at Jaseng Hospital of Korean Medicine in Gangnam, Seoul, specializing in Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medicine. He is dedicated to inpatient care within the hospital ward and also serves as an on-call physician for emergency cases. His clinical focus includes managing acute low back pain and trauma-related conditions, particularly for patients with severe pain or limited mobility.

You are not eligible for a refund if you've completed 50% or more of the course, earned a course certificate, or 14 days have passed since your payment.
