The Effect of Yookgongdan: Based on the Latest Evidence

This lecture is conducted in Korean.
In this CME, we will explore the clinical application of Yookgongdan based on recent research. We will begin by reviewing the differences between Yookgongdan and Gongjindan, followed by an overview of evidence on the immuno-enhancing, neuro-protective and memory-enhancing effects of Yookgongdan. Clinical considerations for its appropriate use will also be discussed, along with supplementary readings for further study.

Learning Objectives

CME Credits

In this CME session, we will explore the concept, pharmacological basis, and clinical application of Yookgongdan based on recent experimental research. Beginning with the distinction between Yookgongdan and Gongjindan, we will review their therapeutic positioning and underlying mechanisms.

The session will also cover current evidence on the immuno-enhancing, neuro-protective, and memory-enhancing effects of Yookgongdan. By integrating experimental findings with clinical perspectives, participants will gain a clearer understanding of evidence-based use of Yookgongdan and improve its application in clinical practice.
At the conclusion of the session, learners should be able to:
1. Understand the differences between Yookgongdan and Gongjindan and explain their effects.
2. Identify the latest evidence on the immuno-enhancing, neuro-protective, and memory-enhancing effects of Yookgongdan.
3. Establish criteria for appropriate treatment approaches using Yookgongdan.

If you paid for an individual course and it is not what you were expecting, you can request a refund within 14 days of your payment. You are not eligible for a refund if you’ve completed 50% or more of the course, earned a course certificate, or 14 days have passed since your payment.
